WATER SOFTENING UPDATE (11/23/22) On behalf of the Warren County Board of Commissioners, the Warren County Water and Sewer Department is pleased to announce that customers in the areas of Deerfield Twp., Hamilton Twp., Village of Maineville, and South Lebanon are now receiving softened water at their taps. Softening is being achieved by state of the art nanofilration membranes. The final softened water is being supplied at 140 mg/L of CaCo3 or 8 grains. At this time, residents may choose to bypass their water softeners for a few weeks to determine if they wish to soften their water any further. Should customers wish to continue to use their softeners they should recalibrate their at home units. For any questions, please give our customer representatives a call at (513) 695-1377 or email us at waterdepartment@warrencountyohio.gov.
